This month, Natasha consults the ancient Viking Runes for our June Oracle Forecast.
You are really going to want to watch the video for all the details, but here are some brief descriptions.
1️⃣️ The first rune represents the situation at hand - outlining what feelings and situations are unfolding:
KANO - Opening
Signifies we are coming into a new cycle. Dark times are passing, clouds are clearing, and the sun is coming out.
"The more light you have, the better you can see what is trivial and outmoded in your own conditioning."
Kano embodies seriousness, intent, and concentration which are all important at the beginning of an endeavor.
"You have enough light to see now, that the patient on the operating table is yourself." June is a massive time of reflecting inward and taking a look at your judgments, what you're unhappy with, what you want, what you feel controlled by... and allow these situations, people, conversations coming up, to act as a clear mirror for you. Are you operating in the shadows or the light? This is not a time for guilt; it is about compassion for all the parts of you.
2️⃣ ️️The second rune is the challenge or barrier that one must overcome - where do we need to give our energy, surrender, and actualize?
TEIWAZ - Warrior
The rune of the spiritual warrior and the battle of the spiritual warrior is the self.
How do you get in your own way? How do you self-sabotage? How do your shadows come forward?
The challenge is to let the flow of the universe move through you. This rune reminds you that the universe always has the first move. St Augustine says, "the gift of patience, is patience." Teiwaz embodies patience - it asks you to be patient, to be present, and to trust.
The act of the spiritual warrior here is to use your sword, the sword that deciphers truth and fear and cut away what is no longer serving us. This is a time to mold our character, to align ourselves with ourselves.
️3️⃣ ️The third rune is the new situation we are embarking on - if we are successful in overcoming our challenges, if we commit to ourselves, and do the work of the spiritual warrior; this is what we will receive.
SOWELU - Wholeness
Wholeness that is the desire and the path of the spiritual warrior. Sowelu is a beautiful surrendering to the reminder that everything we are trying to be, everything we want to become, WE ALREADY ARE. We just need to remember.
We don't need to find healing and tools and wisdom outside of ourselves. We just need to turn inwards. We are divine... we have a divine channel that runs through us.
Sowelu embodies the impulse towards self-realization and indicates the path that we must follow. The path that from your true core, your true center... you know, and you are led to walk towards.
"Become conscious of your essence and bring it to form."
"Let the light into the parts of your life that have been secret or shut away."
What is it that you need to acknowledge and awake to? What is it that you have been denying yourself of? We must love all of the parts of ourselves. This rune asks you to truly aim yourself and to maintain that aim without manipulation.
"Even in loving, it is love that loves through us."
