“Discernment can be described as the ability to perceive or judge well. Now that we are moving into a multi-dimensional reality, we are invited to see polarity and duality with new eyes. Living in multidimensionality is about experiencing polarity with discernment, being in balance with it, and moving in harmony with it. Discernment has to do with our inner guide-the higher part of us that is closely connected to Source and can look at things from a perspective of wisdom, maturity, experience, integrity, compassion, and purpose. It is about being in witness mode: being aware without attachment to outcome or direction.”

We all make choices - some bad, some good... However, all decisions teach us something and offer us perspective.

When we rush, or when we are trapped in a recurring, negative cycle or pattern in our lives, we tend to forget our innate wisdom and the wisdom of our years and experiences.

You must take your time with decisions now. Ensure that you are not just skimming the highlights… really feel into the details, into your truth, into your intuition. Do not allow fear or ambition to influence your choices… sometimes things are not meant for you, or just not in the timing your want.

All in perfect Divine timing - listen to your heart and use your souls wisdom and your own knowledge to discern what is best for right now.

“As spiritual, physical, and energetic beings, we oftentimes blur the lines between our energy, the energy of the situation, and the energy of another person. When we take on other people’s energy and label it as our own, we start to judge.”

Instead of judging an emotion, then justifying it, then making excuses… just feel it. Allow the energy to flow through you and see where you feel it in your body. Notice what triggered it. This brings you information and trust in your body and your intuition. Nothing is bad or good, just information.

It is time for you to release judgment and “stop looking outside yourself for answers. Instead, sit with it and listen to what your body is telling you.” This is true discernment.
