Find joy in every moment and give yourself permission to be happy. "You're not meant to simply work hard and be diligent and practical." You must make time to dance, to sing, to create… relish in the fresh air and sunshine, the conversations, the sounds around you, MOVE and allow energy to flow through you... experience all your senses and allow yourself to be fully present.

You are being called today to find joy and share joy… show by example that you can find passion, joy and love in every moment. Life is to be enjoyed, experienced, and savored... you have put that on the back burner long enough - it now needs to be a priority.

Your words, your actions, your attitude are not only sending out vibrations and intention to the Universe (co-creating your reality), they are also examples for others. Are you full of fear, anxiety, bitterness, and anger? Do you complain, whine, and gossip? Do you live to appease others, to the detriment of your own needs?

Whether you realize it or not, “you carry a wisdom and radiance that inspires others. You have an inner grace and strength that glows from within.” Make sure you are being the beacon you want to be… that you are an example of what you would like to see in the world, what you would like to BE in the world. Your intentions and your example are more powerful than you know. So how will you “lead”??? With jealousy, envy, anger and resentment OR with joy, compassion, forgiveness and love? The choice is yours.

Again, a message to take your time and enjoy being present. “When you take the time to go slowly, new perceptions emerge that you can’t see if you’re moving fast… step into the majesty of stillness.”

Now is not the time to rush into things for “it’s in those moments of “unknowing” that the deepest and most profound answers to life’s big questions can emerge.” The fog is purposeful so you can take the time to look within… you know the answers, you just need to ask the questions.

“Listen to the whisperings of your soul. Trust your inner voice.”
