Can you feel the LOVE and compassion all around you? In this crisis, amongst the fear and panic IS love. You may sometimes have to look a little harder or silence yourself to be still enough to feel it, but it is flowing strong from the core of Mother Earth, through the eyes of your family, in the compassionate giving in the community, and overflowing from your own heart center.

I feel as if you are working hard to show love to your family and even be compassionate to those you may disagree with in these uncertain timesโฆ BUT you are NOT cutting yourself enough slack. Now is the time for self-care and compassion towards YOU! You do not have to be everything to everyone. You are allowed to feel your feelings, take time for yourself to rest, heal and process what is going on. Take this time to go within, really listen to your heartโฆ find out what things you need and want going forward, and release the rest.
