What is it that your body, your heart, and your soul are asking you to heal? What is it that is coming up for you during these isolating times?
These are the things that you are being called to go within and discover, root through, and release. “Take some time to examine your current situation to see what areas could be strengthened. Release old blockages. Even if it feels like nothing is happening, profound transformations are occurring at this very moment.”
