When you are drowning in busy work, ask yourself - โis this important to the overall goal, to my future self?โ It may be time for you to take a giant step back and UPโฆ going through every major area of your life asking yourself, โwhat is the big picture and where am I spending my time.โ Where there is no alignment, make choices to spend your time on the things that affect the big picture.
