Sometimes we can get caught up in so-called ‘love,’ but when we look more closely at some of our relationships, could they resemble enmeshment or entanglement more than actual love? If so, remember that healthy love starts when we ourselves are healthy, balanced, and clear about who we are, what we enjoy, what is most supportive for us to be the highest and best version of ourselves.
