On this spooky or fund day, we are reminded to “take time to ground yourself in what is truly essential. Remember what is important in life, and let go of everything else. Let go of the busyness and the frenetic pace of life. Be present in the moment.”

All the rushing around and “the doing” things because you are “supposed to” needs to take a back seat today.

Take some time to just BE and enjoy the fall season.

Breathe in the crisp fall air, hug a tree, hold a pumpkin. Get close to mother nature and ground yourself deeply into her loving arms.
