SECURITY

Our minds have been on security lately… how can I keep myself and everyone I love safe from the virus, from the political unrest, from the hatred. As much as we hate being cooped up in this new “normal,” many are still so fearful to do anything else.

“Once you’ve taken measures to protect yourself and those you love (to the best of your ability), then LET GO. If you have been hypervigilant lately, take a break. Relax; know that all is well.”

You can only do so much, then you need to let go of the worry and fear.
