Inner transformation pops to mind.
Perhaps it’s time to let go of the past to allow change to come through.
This Death (reversed) card could also represent a resistance to change. The skeleton here is saying “bye, bye” as it is time to move on to the next phase of life. If you do not, you will feel as if you are in a sort of limbo.
Let go and flow rather than resist. The universe has more in store for you.
