DISSEMINATING MOON

“The disseminating Moon is the first Moon phase after the explosion of energy that comes with the Full Moon.”

It’s time to rest and integrate all knowledge gained from past experiences. Let this knowledge marinate into your system and settle into your brain so that you can fully appreciate and accept what life has been giving to you so far, be it good or bad.

Step back and look at your life from an outside perspective. Pat yourself on the back and tell yourself, good job. The old you has gotten you to where you are now, which is to the you that is present. This needs to be appreciated, or else you are losing out on acknowledging the greatness and the miracle that is you, and may find you are putting yourself down instead.
