TEN OF SWORDS (reversed)

This card is about letting go of old wounds. It’s time to let go of any past situations that have ended badly and move on. It’s also time to release your inner darkness.

An excellent way to do this is to write down all your negativity on a piece of paper and burn it, allowing the negativity to be released.

You can also imagine all of your negativity being pulled from all parts of your body. Put this darkness in a ball, then hurl it into space! Then imagine a white light to come down and fill your entire body to heal.
