Release the Old and Rest
LET IT GO!!! I mean seriously… let it go now! All of it - everything that is holding you back, weighing you down, and no longer for your highest good.
The trees let go of their leaves before they rest (winter) because they can no longer nourish them, and new buds will be arriving in spring. When you let go, you make space for the new to enter into your life.
