Remember that all services, articles, courses and offers are intended to support personal development and spiritual growth for those over 18 years of age. They are holistic and metaphysical in nature and at no time should any information provided be used as a substitute for medical advice for physical, emotional or psychological ailments; always consult a medical professional.
What if I cannot decide which practitioner or service may be best for me right now?
We recommend that you check out all the practitioner pages and think about if their story and description of services resonate with you. How did you feel reading it? You can also check out the articles they have written - there is an author link on their page. If you still need guidance, feel free to reach out to use using the contact form or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to guide you on your journey.
I have never had any services like this, what should I expect? How do I prepare?
Please fully read the description of the service on the practitioners page prior to booking. Should you have any questions you can email info@OurSightYourLight.com
Once booked, your practitioner will confirm receipt of your request within 24-48 hours. Along with this confirmation will come an email detailing your service and what to expect including any pre-work. If your session requires your direct participation, please be on time. The practitioner may not be able to go over the time allotted for the session due to schedule. If your session requires the use of Skype or any other program, please have an account and be familiar with its use prior to your session.
How do I book a session?
After choosing a practitioner you can click BOOK NOW from their selection of offerings. Following payment you will be directed to a scheduling page to request your service date/time. If this does not happen, contact the Our Sight Your Light team here.
I don’t have a paypal account. Do you accept credit cards?
YES - you will be directed to paypal but will have the option to pay by credit card without having your own paypal account.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that life happens and scheduling conflicts may arise; however, our Soulful Practitioners also have schedules to meet. The following is the OSYL Service/Offering cancellation policy:
- Sessions cancelled with at least 36 hours advanced notice will be fully refunded.
- Clients who cancel with less than 36 hours advanced notice may be given the option to reschedule or offered a partial refund (total refund amount is determined by each practitioner).
- No shows, with no advanced communication to OSYL or the Soulful Practitioner will NOT be refunded.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of this work, unless the session is cancelled (see policy above), we do not offer refunds. If you are unsure of what to expect or what you need, we encourage you to book a FREE 15 minute discovery call to avoid confusion.
We apologize in advance if you do not agree with or like what is delivered to you in the session or report; nevertheless, sometimes we simply may not be in agreement with or ready for what the Universe is wanting us to hear.
How will charges appear on my card's statement?
Charges will appear as OSYL on your statement.
How old do I have to be to use your services?
You need to be 18 years of age or older.
Do you have any specials or coupon codes?
We will run monthly specials as well as SUBSCRIBER ONLY deals. So be sure to subscribe to our newsletter.
How much do the services cost?
Each practitioner has their services and prices listed on their individual practitioner page. Just click on their photo or name on the main Practitioner page.
I do not want to receive any more newsletters or promotional emails.
