THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU WANT, NOT WHAT YOU DON’T WANT. GUARD YOUR THOUGHTS CAREFULLY, BECAUSE THEY CREATE YOUR EXPERIENCE.
The Law of Attraction tells us that thoughts become things. That means when we complain and dwell in the lack in our lives, guess what… that is what we are attracting.
Sometimes we may feel like our thoughts are beyond our control, but they are not. We are able to focus when we WANT to, so maybe we just need to WANT to pay attention a little bit more. Take notice of that inner chatter. If you say something negative, a quick “CANCEL, CLEAR, DELETE” can pull that energy back and then you can replace it with a positive thought.
Spend some time today realigning with what you DO want. Make a list, journal a vision, make a vision board… whatever you do, FOCUS on the positive and what you WANT in your life.
